Note from Vedics Volunteers in India: "We have started the Thirukannamangai kainkaryam from the Amavasya( 17.04.07). We have engaged one person there to recite Thirupallandu and Thiruppavai during morning before perumal and Nityanusandhanam during the evening at Mamunigal sannidhi.

We had also made arrangements to distribute Curd rice everyday.

And all this is being done after intimation to the temple authorities who were in full support to us."
